Ken called the meeting to order at 6:44 pm
Ken welcomed all new members and guests to the meeting.
The Culinarians Code was recited by Jenna, a student from LCJVS.
Secretary Report is posted on website for all to read.
Treasurers Report was given by Tim M. The report was approved by Jim Martin, second by Jim B.
Vice Pres. Report. Pam talked about the upcoming educational components for the meetings. May Wisconsin cheese board and wine tasting

ACF National news
ACF certification fees increase from $110 to $120 for CC, CPC, CSC, CWPC, CCC
Our chapter won the regional chapter of the year award and the chapter achievement award at regional this year. Good job to all!
National Convention is July 14-17 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino Las Vegas.
WAGS congress Convention is May 12-15 this year.
ACF chapter news
2009 Fund Raiser will be with Chef Schieb in April 09.
Our chapter will be collecting for Children’s hospital and Team Cuisine at the Carousel dinner theater July 2 to August 23. please sign up at the website or see David S. at a meeting for sign up. We really need all the dates filled. David gives a free ticket to the show when you buy one ticket. We collect a lot of money from this. Your name and business is mentioned at the start of the show. Free advertising doesn’t hurt.
Habitat for Humanity event September 13. Congress of Chefs. 2 chefs per course, Iron Chef theme, they provide all food. Need to be prepared for 150-200 people.
Certification workshop on May 19
Chef of year dinner at Brookside CC October 19
Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
Educational component was Chef George Sideras,CEC from Nestles Professional
Deconstructing soups and flavor development.
An educational and fun time was had by all. Thanks Chef.
