Ken Bucholtz called the meeting to order at 6:50 pm in the banquet room of the
Carousel dinner theatre.
Chef Jim read the Culinarians Code
All new members and guests were recognized and applauded.
Secretary report is posted on website for all to view and was not read aloud.
Treasurer report was given by Tim Michitsch. Dick Alford approved the report,
Larry Gilpactric second. The report was accepted.
Ken thanked David Slaght for the fine food and drinks at the January social.
The Vice President report will be given at the March meeting, having to do with the educational components of the meetings.

ACF regional convention is April 5-7, 2008 @Hilton Netherlands Plaza in Cincinnati.
WAGS-Congress convention is May 12-15, 2008
Chapter Business
The fund raiser for our chapter may be the White House Chef again in 2009.
Ken thanked all who are helping with the SS Kemp event Feb. 16-19, 08
The chapter will be collecting after the shows at the Carousel from July 2-August
23, 08. Please see David Slaght to sign up and collect.

Habitat for Humanity is looking for 8 chefs to help out with the Congress of Chefs event on September 13th. Two chefs per course-App, salad, entrée, sides. 150 -200 people. See Ken if interested. They provide all food and you get to chose what you want to make.
The chapter members then left for the Hoppin Frog Brewery for the educational portion of the meeting.
The business meeting adjourned at 7:11 pm.
