PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
February 2010

Dear Fellow Culinary Members,

I hope everyone had a great holiday seasoning as you can tell by my late letter that I am still getting caught up after the season. With a new year upon us we have some exciting educational components in store for you. (Listed below) We hope you can support the chapter by attending. We have schedule for the next 4 meeting to have Chef Alfred doing some hands on VEGETABLE CARVING from 5:00Pm to 6:30PM, please bring you knife and cutting board. This is a great opportuniy to learn from a master.

We are also trying to encourage 1 major sponsor for the chapter as well as increase our associated memberships. So if you have a vendor that is interested in joining the chapter please as one of the board members for information.

I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.

If any members need a new member packet please contact Jim Martin for that information as membership chair, once you give the package to a new member Jim will then do a follow-up call and will invite the prospective member to one of our meetings.
